This is listed as a "24 hour" drive thru. However, at 11:30 they were closed and employees were being picked up. Us, and several other vehicles found themselves disappointed and frustrated sitting there with no service or answers. This particular place does not list hours anywhere visible outside. This is not the first time we've experienced issues. I've never had a decent experience with their drive thru and wish it had never been built in the first place. Didn't realize finding a decent staff was so difficult, but apparently no one wants to actually do their job. Thankfully, there is another one down the road (slightly further) that hasn't been awful. Anyone needing better service should head over that way. This one can go rot.
This is a brand spanking new McDonald's, but the customer service is abysmal, and the food isn't that great. To make matters worse, Burger King is right down the street, and their attendees have that same lackadaisical attitude.
If the attendees at this particular McDonald's work any slower, they'll go back in time. I don't get the dual lanes? I mean what's the point? o_O
There needs to be wholesale change BIG TIME: Like these two restaurants need to be shut down. Open a Chick-fil-A, and a Cook Out, and you'll see REAL customer service along with great tasting food!
As an ex manager from McDonalds and knowing most of their procedures. These manager need to go back and retake the manger courses. Looking back in the kitchen I saw crew members with drinks in the kitchen and meat patties on the floor which is a safety hazard to the crew members which should have been addressed. As I watched crew members play on their phones it took me 20 minutes to get 2 ice cream cones. That seems mind boggling to anyone when all of McDonalds procedures are written so a child can understand them.
The service is bad even for a McDonald's. Go to litteraly any other one if you want a big Mac or something but this one is garbage. The windows are so slow, it says it's 24 hours but good luck getting anyone to acknowledge that you drove up even at 7pm, let alone the middle of the night. The food is cold half the time, and they sometimes undercooked (how is that even possible? I mean they just microwave everything anyway. That means they even suck at microwaving!) Then to top it all off, everyone there is super rude. This place suffers from abysmal management and until it is completely restaffed, don't waste your time here.
Holy slow. Sat in line at the drive through for ten minutes for a simple meal order. Last time I use this store. It just opened and gets slower every day. Not sure who the management is but obviously they don’t manage their store.
