First time renter. Was surprised with last second fee. Wanted a car but they only had a van. And thas was making reservation a week in advanced. How do they not keep my car i reserved.
I've always rented from the West Ashley location(2004) which the service there is OUTSTANDING...but the guys here at the Goose Creek location are AMAZING....they are friendly and very good looking...lol
