On another note the Office personnel will not tell you all the information that you need to know. They will instruct you to fill out the Patient Registration Form and send it in. Once you do that they will call and "Demand" the other 2 forms that they don't tell you about on the previous phone call the day before. Complete waste of time! My opinion: Find you someone who cares about you and your family and Avoid this Office at all costs!
Do Not waste your time! These people are the most impersonal & mean people to deal with! I called to ask for the "new patient personnel" they transferred me to yesterday and instead they said hatefully, "What do you need?!" I said, "I just told you what I needed and if you intent to be hateful just answering the call I will not be sending my family to your Office ever!"
