My husband and I went to Infinger Furniture to replace furniture in our family room that had also been purchased from Infinger. It's 15 years old and in good condition still, but we had done some remodeling and wanted something new. Armand greeted us and asked some questions about our tastes and what room we we're trying to furnish. He then helped us pick out the perfect sofa and chair in a wonderful fabric and color. My family has purchased upscale furniture here off and on for well over thirty years. Always treated very special. This store is not for "bargains," however, their furnishings are of very high quality. Quality matters. So does genuine, excellent customer service. Five stars!
We have used Infinger Furniture Co for most of our furniture needs for almost 48 years. It is our first stop and usually the only stop when shopping for furniture and such needs. The staff are very helpful without being "pushy" and actually want to make certain that the customer is pleased in the immediate time as well as long term. Very customer oriented with reasonable and fair prices which bring repeat customers like us back into their business. Their delivery and warehouse personnel are top notch, friendly and competent professionals at their work. We do not hesitate to recommend Infinger Furniture for one's household needs.
Edit 08/15/2017: After checking out multiple furniture stores in the area, I kept coming back to this one. The same gentleman helped me each time and was very patient in answering my questions and was never pushy to get a sale. I ended up buying my furniture from here, as I believe that the quality of products they sell are astronomically better than the chain stores like Ashley or Rooms to Go. I was impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the sales folks there as well. Prices here are definitely higher, but I know that I won't be replacing anything soon because of shoddy craftsmanship.
I haven't made a purchase here yet, as I was just getting ideas, but the collection here is very nice and looks to be great quality. The sales person was very polite and was attentive without being pushy. Will likely return to make a purchase.
