I was charge for storage fee for my camper when my camper was no longer at their facility and this was almost 4 months ago. They still will not give me a refund. They acknowledge that they made a mistake back in August of charging my card but nobody can seem to figure out how to refund me my money. I never was late on a payment and they raised my storage fee three different times throughout the year. It is an absolute nightmare trying to deal with them.
Everyone in the office is so helpful they are willing to help and if they ever notice anything unusual they are fast to call to see if everything is ok . Very clean
I found Extra space Storage by accident but I am so glad I did. The Staff has bent over backwards to help me as well as providing a clean and secure place to Store my Possesions. Sabrina and Trish are so great to work with that I look forward to my visits there.
