Me and my family spend a lot of money at this cvs. I don't care how long Cameron has been working there. He has never been respectful to me my mother or my girlfriend. Every time I'm in there he looks so pissed off and bothered that someone needs to be rung out. I've been coming to this place for 10 years. And I've brought it up one time before. Every other person in there is wonderful. And they always remember me.
Just got off the phone at 6:10 pm on June 26th with Cameron from CVS. Called him and asked him the price of Lipitor with my insurance shared with him my first and last name and date of birthday. He said "hold on" then asked me again for my date of birth. Repeated myself. Then he tells me "$5.00". Then I ask "so it's the same price the generic would be"? He says "hold on" ,again. With a tone. I wait. Then he says "it's $483" because my insurance doesn't. Then I ask "I thought you just said it was $5.00. He said you asked what the generic was". I said "no I asked what the Lipitor name brand was". With another tone. I said "are you this rude with elderly people over the phone"? "Because every time I speak to you over the phone you are so rude and condescending". He didn't answer. He said "look I'm just giving you what you asked for". I said "so are you this rude?" "Every time I call I seem to have a problem with you". Then says "ya know what yeah I guess I am" Then he hangs up.
