My son and I were on our way home on HWY 17 from the Charleston VA hospital when a highway patrol car was not allowing us to pass him. The officer would dart over halfway in our lane trying to run us off the road and would speed up and slow down boxing us in. I was very angry and my son was very scared and upset. This led me to calling 911 as it was happening. I was transferred to the Highway patrol where I spoke with a supervisor. The supervisor stated it would be handled, but I know how these things go. A simple slap on the wrist. Serve and protect? More like excessive force and bullying.
