They were not welcoming at all no one spoke when we walked through the door poor customer service.
Hate it. The neighbors are stuck up and the managers at the office are rude. The neighbors made me feel less welcome because I'm Mexican and the white lady that stays next to me calls me racial slurs. If you want to move in just don't move into the front of the trailer park next the first trailer at the entrance. The lady gets drunk and acts like she owns Birch Hollow.
parks demands sometimes are a little crazy, when they mesure your grass the measure the tallest weeds, no fences which is by far the worst one
