Build a bigger bank! This bank is way to small for this area! I am sick of waiting in line. Time to move to South Carolina Federal!
Worst branch Ive ever been too. The floors were nasty, the counter felt dirty, I waited in line for 20 minutes only to be told "youre not in the right lane you have to go to the back of that lane" with no indication before that any lane was specifically for anything. I will not be returning.

Professional staff that is always happy to help. When it's busy, they do an efficient job of getting to every customer & sorting out their needs. I'm honestly impressed each time I come in.
Very slow, and reps working in the offices aren't very I formed about issues that you have regarding account issues. Constantly passing the buck to Corporate, never willing to mediate and put customer first. Only repeats what is there, not an advocate for customers.
