This is a terrible bank. I just got back from there, not knowing that they don't open till 10(what bank opens at 10 on a week day) and a bank employee was working up front. I was feeling out my withdrawal slip and not once did that Dingus pale curly redhead woman tell me they were closed. THIS IS WHY PEOPLE DON'T LIKE THE BANKS.
Well, the Bi Lo hours are convenient and the staff at this branch are knowledgeable and friendly. But I went to just set up online banking with this bank and could not do it. Their Customer Service folks inform me that their internet banking is not compatible with Firefox OR Safari. That pretty much rules out Mac users. Closed this account, too.
I've been to this branch several times. I'm always treated well. The employees go out of their way to offer quality service.
