Dropped my car off on a Wednesday as instructed by progressive insurance. I was told by progressive my vehicle would ready the following Wednesday. Called Monday to follow up and had a different caliber collision faculty answers and says they are closed but she would send an email for them to call me the next day. That didn't happen. I called them and was told by mike, who was rude, that he had until Friday the 1st to complete and that's when it would be completed. Today is the 1st and NO VEHICLE!! In both of these instances, I find out the day before that my vehicle will not be ready. They say parts, don't know what parts, are on backorder and my vehicle will not be ready till next Tuesday the 5th. At his point, I don't believe anything they say. A $900 repair that takes 14 days to complete. I am very aware that this includes a holiday because now I can't go out of town for the Labor Day weekend so all my nonrefundable deposits are lost. Thanks for nothing. I hope if I ever get it back that they at least did a halfway good job. Promise this is the last time me or anyone I know does business here.
The staff was very helpful and accommodations with helping me with two different insurance companies. Work was done quickly and perfectly with them taking care of the scheduling and communications with me throughout the repair. I HIGHLY recommend this business and won't hesitate to return. Great experience.
When I wrecked my car, it was taken to Caliber Collision. I dealt with Samantha the entire time and she was PHEONOMENAL! She kept me up to date with everything on my car and then some! When getting my car back, I noticed that it was cleaned and detailed on the inside! By far, the BEST customer service I have experienced from anyone!

Don't ever take your car here worst customer service and experience ever. 1. They kept giving me the run around about the status claiming they were waiting on parts then claimed they kept getting wrong parts 4 times! 2 they manager Ryan lied about where parts were coming from and after I was frustrated refused to talk to me after calling several times and sent some other guy to tell me what really is going on. 3 after a month of having my car they put the front bumper on only to blatantly not put the weather protector on and have a peice that was folded up in my bumper which eventually dragged with my fog light wires exposed, then when iv brought I back the next business day had to audacity to ask me did I do it! By far worst body shop I've ever been to, I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy!
