Everyone is always friendly and the service is always fast. They don't try to sell us things we don't need, but also make sure we know about any potential problems with our vehicle.
These guys are great. They have helped me out of more than one jam. Now they are very good and trusted, so they can get extremely busy. Just be mindful when you take your car in they only have so many mechanics, so pay attention to the website and try to schedule an appointment if you have to go during busy times. Trust them with all vehicles I own and won't take them anywhere else. If they are unsure if they can fix your problem, they won't touch it. They will send you to someone who can. I have never had an issue they couldn't fix. I have four stars because as with anything no matter how excellent the service, there is always room for improvement.
Came in at 5pm on a Friday with a separated tire. Even though they were crazy busy, they worked me in no problem because it was an emergency. AWESOME experience!
The place is a joke. Kept trying to talk me into getting more work done than needed, then couldn't perform either job I requested and tried to charge me for both as well. Wasted 4 hours here, but PATS on 52 had me taken care of no problem. Go there 1st
I brought my car in to fix a slow leak in one of my tires. The firestone team not only looked if I had a warranty plan but they actually looked into the fact that the tires were bought under my husbands name. I had no idea I had a warranty on my tires! They went above and beyond to help me save money. I also mentioned to one of the technicians that my seat belt holder was broke. He fixed it and he didn’t have to do that. It was greatly appreciated. I am very happy with the service I received from beginning to end. I will definitely be back!
