they havent gotten any new equipment since its opened! They take your money, but do not invest the money back into it. Dont waste your money, there are other gyms to look into for a better price
I was greeted by four friendly smiling faces at the door, and I couldn't have been more happy with the improvements they've made so far to this fitness club. I enjoyed my two-hour workout immensely! They had plenty of free weights and machines, along with a towel service I like. THANKS to the FRIENDLY staff! I'll be back to Goose Creek soon and will look forward to working out there!
I went into o2 fitness because I was interested in working out there. While talking to the membership consultant, the fitness director praith takes me to a side table. I used to work for o2 fitness at Johnnie Dodds and the gm was a complete douchebag. He constantly put us down, made off colored jokes, made a horrible comment when I wanted Sunday's off. It was so bad that one of the former staff members was suing. I was told however the gm finally got fired and he would not be able to get another gm position at any other major gym.

Going forward with the story, praith first asked me if I was involved in a law suit with one of the other former membership consultants and I said no. I told him about the staff member was suing because of the former gm but the gm no longer worked there, so it shouldn't have made any difference. I did mention that I offered my help to the person because I knew how bad the gm was. Again though the gm is no longer there and hasn't been there for months. Still, praith, being the arrogant fool he is, just came to the conclusion that I had a huge part in the suit even though I didn't, and no one has even contacted me about it, wouldn't let me work out there. I forgot how much of an arrogant fool he can be.
I was in town for the summer (3 months) and was told by multiple staff that I could waive past all of the annual fees and just pay for the months I was in town. This was all verbal so as soon as I signed the membership they did a complete 180 and have not reimbursed me. They've charged me the annual fee, extra mo this I have not been there. I have one manager say they will and the other say they won't. Been waiting over a month and a half on a reimbursement that one guy said would be there in a few days that he went through. Call a third guy and he says the second guy didn't even even process it after waiting for a few weeks. Also, half of the machines do not work. The treadmills are all about to fall apart and there is only one free weight squat rack. I've had a couple machine break while using them which is a safety hazard. There is plenty of gyms around that are a better price, and have a knowledgeable and honest staff. Do not waste your time here.
