I get so pumped when I walk in and get punched in the nostrils with straight BO! And then even more jacked when I have to get super creative about my workout because this gym gets packed. But really it's got anything any lifter could want. All the machines, free weights and bumper plates you can handle. Plus a BBall court, some racquetball rooms, and a gigantic cardio room.
I have been coming here for 27 years, and they are always friendly behind the counter and help me when needed with any questions. New equipment is slowly being added.. I would like to see the hvac get repaired though.
Gym feel not the new age sci fi look. Has weights a few cable machines and cardio. Something breaks it is fixed right away. Staff is willing to help.
This is a good gym, and the people who work there are pleasant. The negatives are that it’s on the small side so during busier times in the afternoon and evening there’s less cardio machines available and the lockerooms/showers could use an update (once all I got was freezing water) But overall it’s very convenient to go to if you live on base.
Great military gym. Staff is friendly, the equipment is good quality, and the place is well taken care of. They have a sauna.
