Need to really work on there customer service. If you know what you are looking for you will be fine. If you need any help you could be in trouble.....
Wide selection and decent prices. Didn't know they were here until I googled, it's nice having someone local and dependable. Friendly service and very clean store.
Sheldon rocks and everyone here is really helpful and polite! The store is clean and well lit. The shelves are always stocked and they have a huge selection.
10/28 went back today very nice lady was back. It is amazing how one person makes such a difference. She greets asks if she can help you find anything thanks you for shopping there. It's amazing the difference.
Went back in and the nice lady that was there has not been there and service has gone back down. Amazing how one person changes things so much. Hope she is just on vacation
I also go there to get my pets supplies, huge variety and good prices. The manager is so sweet and definitely will work with you if they don't have it they will try there best to get it. They are diffenately worth 5 stars!
Oh yes and they're groomer Carrie is wonderful. She gets 5 stars too!
The staff that works at the St. James store are incredibly helpful and kind. Which is hard to find in several pet stores. They help me whenever they can and stop everything they're doing to do it.
Update 9/11/17 still going to this store and it has improved in there customer service but due to one employee. She is always there on Saturday morning when I go in. She has the most beautiful accent such a friendly person. Always ask if she can help you with anything. Knows where to find things knows the sales. Greets you when you walk in. Always has a smile thanks you for shopping there. It's so nice to see her when you walk in the door. Hope she stays.....
I wash two of my dogs there while another is getting groomed it is so convenient. I don't have to dirty my bathroom!! They supply the towels the soap they have a hose that blowdries them and it goes so much more quickly! It is very clean too! It's a great idea!
Very friendly staff! Great selection of food including my hard to find Fromm brand! Impressed to find raw diet food as well.
