If I could give a -star I would. I scheduled my pit bull Waffles for his first grooming at Petsense and they told me it would be $20 for the basic grooming and $5 for them to file his nails. So I dropped him off at 11:00am because the lady told me she was leaving at 12:00pm when I thought they told me walkins was 11-2. So at 12:30 she calls me and says he’s done so I leave right then. I’m coming down rivers and not even 5 minutes later she’s calling me again to see where I’m at like she’s rushing me to come get him. Then when I get there he’s not even ready. So I gave her a $10 tip because that’s what I give our normal groomer then get to check out and she charged me $32 plus the $5. So I spend almost $50 on a basic grooming then 2 days later he smelt worse than he did before I took him. I would never take my pet there again. The lady didn’t give me a vibe that she loved animals it seemed like a paycheck to her. The ONLY reason I went there is because our groomer at Pet Supplies Plus didn’t have any openings because the other groomers are no longer there. That’s ok because for now on I will schedule our appts. a month ahead. Take your pet to pet supplies plus. Our dog smells good for at least 3 weeks
Quality products and good pricing. Service was very good, worked with the store manager that was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I definitely will be back.
Great little store. New manager and staff are very friendly and helpful! Very knowledgeable! Prices are very reasonable. Easy in and out. Spoke with new groomer about my gran-puppy. Kim has 20 years experience and really knows her stuff. Took the gran-puppy in and she was wonderful with him! Great job! Great prices!
I took my dog here for the first time last week and was very pleased! The groomer did an excellent job and my dog Zarek seemed happy and relaxed when I picked him up. The tie they put on him was super cute and he smelled and looked wonderful! I will definitely be back! Thank you PetSense!
The new groomer gave my seniors a great cut however she put the wrong collar on them which essentially choked one of them until I finally figured out what was wrong 2 days later. I can't risk their lives by taking them there any longer. The groomer should have realized that the collar was entirely too tight for the dog that is 9 lbs. heavier than the other one. I'm disappointed in Petsense.
