Store was not clean and found a long hair in my food! Based on the color and the sloppiness of the employees, it was obvious how hair ended up in my food!
Asked for a military discount. The cashier said they accepted it, but she didn't know how! She didn't seek help, she just refused the discount!
Last experience was horrible, the staff wasn't friendly, and didn't even say, "have a great day". While I was there I listened to every one putting in there drive thru order, which was very loud. During my visit one worker blatantly used multiple profanities. I also watched one worker eating in the drive thru/kitchen area. This is against DHEC codes. I will probably never return after what I saw and heard this morning.
Slow service combined with a severe lack of chicken options made for a poor meal. Extremely dirty and greasy tile floors made the place very unappealing.
When we tried to sit at a table, there were three customers and most of the tables were dirty!
If you need a Bojangles fix, use the store near Palmetto Commerce Parkway! That store is clean and cashiers are well trained!
I can't express how impressed I was today with the effortless, unrestrained pure generosity of this establishment, I wish only amazing things for them and it will be deserved.
If I could put no stars I would. I've given this location many chances but every time it's been such a disappointment. From the quality of the food they put out to the service you receive it's just terrible and I won't be going back again
