This Dairy Queen is fabulous! Miss Olivia at the register was so nice and personable. She made me feel so welcomed. I also spoke to the owner, and he's just as friendly. The food was fantastic, and the service was far better than I was expecting. I highly recommend this location.
Fast friendly service, great burger and the honey BBQ glazed chicken strips were delicious. Oh ! And the hot fudge sundae, perfect timing
I have been a long time customer since this location opened. There has been an issue with wait times but we will willing to put up with it as it was the only location near by. Unfortunately today was the last time we will go to this restaurant. After a wait time for one small blizzard that took 20+ mins and an unfortunate phone called to manager Terry whose lacking customer service skills showed during our conversation and the actions of his employees.
Recommend recruiting your staff from Chick File A. They know how to train their people and you don't.

The food and ice cream is good. New staff is robotic. Had to ask for a spoon to eat a malt that was too thick for a straw. Received a spoon that was 3 inches long to fit a 6 inch cup. Decided not to try and get the girl's attention again because she was gone in a flash and I wanted to eat the malt before I died.
Customer service better than the dry burgers. Thank goodness for the ice cream can't go wrong.
