Individual staff here is very irresponsible, they actually did not seek the authority of the owner, even privately add charges in the account! Very bad service ！
The technicians that work out of here will not install anything. I've had to reschedule an installation twice because they kept clearing their schedules and telling headquarters that there was a delay
I was in the area and despite the reviews thought I’d try and establish new service with AT&T. They certainly lived up to their reputation. At 11:30 am there were six people in the store and only one employee. He was polite and seemed to be trying to get to everyone in reasonable amount of time but it looked hopeless so I left.
Absolute WORST EVER retail experience of my entire life. The alleged manager woman was the rudest, non caring, lazy, inept person I've ever had to deal with. Steer clear of this store at all costs.
