I haven't played games in a while. I came in right when they opened and with the help of Quinn I was pointed in the right direction. Bought an Xbox One for my brother, and although I didn't take part in any of the special offers he told me about to save some money I was very pleased with the experience. Great person. Why is it you can’t call them and ask if they have something in stock or if they are selling a product. Some of them act like a******s and smart***es when you ask a simple question. and get rude and answer the question to a question you didnt even ask
Good Gamestop. Employees seem genuinely interested in helping. Can sometimes be a little too familiar though.
The service is very friendly. Sometimes too friendly though, hence the 4 stars. I think an employee should be engaging, but should fall short of chatting with customers to the point that a line builds. This place seems to be under new management in the last few months, and it seems like they come from a different industry, because they are all bizarrely engaging to the point of it feeling like a game cult. The store always has a decent selection though.
