When we terminated our service at the end of our lease, one of our phones had a small crack on the screen to which they said, “you cant return this due to the crack...” on a refurbished phone... amazing lack of integrity. Hello Verizon!! So glad to be back!
We started with Sprint 1 year ago and was given a refurbished IPhone that came up as “Toms phone” but told it was brand new.
Sprint has horrible customer service we called 2 billing cycles ago due to 3rd party charges being on our bill that me and my husband did not authorize we were told they would refund us within 1 to 2 billing cycles so we called back and now they're saying it's been over 60 days they won't refund. We are extremely disappointed with this company and I'll be sure to spread the word so they don't do this to others. Terrible customer service.
