Generic Asian take away restaurant that makes up for it with tasty food and fast service!
Really poor food. Order online or call and they still get it wrong....wrong food, no egg rolls that specifically say they come with the meal, ordered and payed 5$ for 2 large white sauce and it didn't show up. Really poor they don't care. The drivers show up looking homeless. Do not recommend to anyone.
The delivery was super quick and everything that I ordered, from soup to combo meals, was all perfect. Absolutely no complaints! Online ordering made the process seamless, will order again.
I won't be returning... person answering the phone needed me to repeat it 10 times, was not listening at all. And delivery driver was complete sketch.
I have never had horrible service from here til now. I order the same amount of food every time I order. This time they told me I had to order more for them to deliver it. It took them a hour and a half for them to deliver it. Opened the bag and one of my main items was missing. Called back and they had me search for it multiple times and still it's not here. The guy then tells me to come pick it up when I paid for them to deliver all of my food. Also refused to give me a refund. Due to the disrespect and horrible customer service I will never eat from here again.
Owner/manager is horrible, ended up just saying... well yeah, okay... sorry. With no resolution, offer to make something else or give refund.
Horrible customer service. Hibachi is not really hibachi, its stir fry, i asked the owner why list it if you don't offer it. He said so they can offer teriyaki, i told him, teriyaki or not, its the the food is cooked....if i wanted something steamed and stir fried full of liquid... i wouldn't order hibachi. He said yeah but a lot of people like it even though its not real hibachi. Ridiculous. I said thats fine, but thats not whats on your menu or what i ordered and if thats the case, people taking orders should disclose that.
