I called Marco's and talked to a man who said he was the manager named Matthew who said he would comp the meal for me. This was five hours ago and it has yet to be removed from my charges.
We have never had a bad experience with any employees or had a bad pizza from here. A manager didn't like how our order looked while we had family from out town visiting and had another made asap. They'll always have our buisness.

I used a $3 off coupon for my order. I have placed over five orders with them and know how to operate the tipping system on the phone they give you to sign. You have to select the tip THEN sign. I ordered and it was delivered by Danielle2. She handed me the phone with the $3 tip option already selected. I said ma'am, I did not select the $3 tip option. She sucked her teeth and took the phone back, zeroed it out and I signed WITHOUT giving a tip.

I have been a Marco's customer for over three years and I have ALWAYS tipped the driver more than $3!! She was actually going to get a $7 tip, I had it laying on my desk in cash and after that, no ma'am. You get nothing.
We like the food selections they have beyond pizza. We usually get a family size salad with our pizza. Our last order the salad seemed a bit smaller and it wasn't worth what we paid for it. The salad usually fills the container to bursting and it didn't come close this time. The pizzas are always good and delivery is quick. I like to use the order ahead feature online. They are always here within 10 minutes of my requested time and never past it.
Ordered here twice. Food was amazing! When I was staying at a hospital, after giving birth to twins, they were to deliver to our room. Really yummy pizza each time.
Never had a bad experience with Marcos. Pizza always fresh and good. Service is always great! Prices are reasonable especially with the coupons we receive.
