So I placed an order with an hour half wait time which seemed reasonable for a busy friday night. Four hours later I call the store to find out what's going on with my order, just to be informed my order is still on the prep table. I can't begin to describe my disappointment with this Domino's location. This is the third time something like this has happened.
The last 3 times I called to place an order within the last 3-4 weeks they have told me 2 to 3 hours for delivery. Tonight I tried to ask the lady what was the problem, I live within a mile from the restaurant she just said look that's how long it will be. Each time I called another Pizza Restaurant and got quick service.
This domino's is very annoying if you order on other sites they close down online ordering if you cannot get delivery. Twice now the site says they are open for delivery, its Friday night they are open until 2, I had my order in before 130am and they call and say they aren't coming because they sent their driver home. Nowhere on the site does it say that they are not taking orders anymore. This needs to be fixed. Its a waste of time to go through an order online and then get a call saying they are not coming. If you have posted hours you need to operate within those posted hours.
Very very disappointed. If you offer a promotion online, and then don't let us order online and we have to call, let us use the offer over the phone. The lady on the phone didn't seem to know what she was talking about. The deal was the 5.99 for any 2 or more. We ordered pizzas and was charged an extra 2$ for what we wanted. That's fine. But when we call, they tell us no it's gonna be 12$ for the pizza. It's not right that we have to pay more for pizza that we order over the phone versus online.
So not sure where the discrepancies keep laying but my current order claimed a delivery time between 60-80 minutes thinking that’s reasonable I placed it. No sooner does it get placed I get a phone call from the store saying it will be longer. This is the second time that this happened. The first time it happened was quoted a time of 70-85 minutes followed by a call saying minimum of 2 hours to 2 and a half hours. Not sure if they need to hire extra help or what but don’t quote an estimate of one time and then call and be completely off with an actual time by a long shot.
