Long wait times for my pickup order. Stood in the lobby with about 15 others waiting on their orders and no one was acknowledged by the staff. And when I finally got my pizza, it was wrong. Store was very clean though.
Breuer should be the manager
It has its flaws, but they try. Went on a Friday evening to redeem my daughter's personal pan pizza coupon for her reading (the book-it program). They were out of personal pans and we were told they would only upgrade to a medium with two coupons. So we order two pizzas and some cheese sticks. The first pizza came out and it was obvious they forgot the second. So they threw a pizza together which resulted in the pic attached to this review: essentially medium toppings on a large crust. We never got the cheese sticks. But they tried, in the end. They did honor my daughter's coupon for a medium, then upgraded it to a large, then comped our ENTIRE check for all the issues. SO the experience wasn't great, but they did try to take responsibility for the mistakes. Plus, the pizzas tasted just fine and the first one they did right looked really good.
When I came about 1pm on a friday, they were packed. ONE server. A manager or something came to our table after staring her down, after being seated 10 mins AFTER the fact. I understand people come and go, things get busy.. but being unprepared and busy are two different things. Maybe get prepared for the crowd? This wasn't a pleasant experience for me. & it was cold. The food & the environment.
Only issue manager was asked to get two more beers and took her sweet time so I cancelled the order.
December 8 at 5:18 pm Called in carry out order. Order was ready at 6:21. Pizza and wings were cold and not good. I will not return to this restaurant.
Food was great Bryer was a great waiter.
